I love seeing the positive results when partnering with our patients and focussing on preventive maintenance. I get a great feeling seeing these results, knowing this improves their oral health as well as their overall health and wellbeing.

Karolina’s back story

My family moved from Poland to Australia in 2013 and I’ve lived on the Gold Coast for the past 10 years.  Ever since high school I was interested in oral health and wanted to pursue further studies in the dental field.  After completing the Bachelor of Dental Hygiene degree at Griffith University I’ve loved it even more.

The more I’ve learnt and experienced, having already worked in a specialist Periodontal practice, I’ve come to realise that this is a great way of serving the community and this is the profession for me! I’m proud to now support patients as part of the team at Define Dental – a leading Gold Coast dentist committed to long-term oral health.

But there’s more to Karolina

Karolina volunteers her time for community work including being a part of the Polish girl scouts.  She loves camping, rock climbing and ‘bouldering’, which involves scaling large sized rocks.  Oh, and let’s not forget helping her father work on classic muscle cars!

What Karolina wants for Define Dental patients

I have a heartfelt desire to educate our patients about prevention of all oral diseases and to reinforce the importance of preventive maintenance.

Having a special interest in treating gum disease (Periodontitis), I feel strongly about spending the time to give everybody the best possible treatment outcomes.

Karolina wants positive results for everyone she cares for.  She understands that getting to the “root” of the issues will give them long term results.  So, spending time on explanation, demonstration and quality work is where she’s at.
