What I love about working at Define Dental is the expectation we – the business and the team – will continue to grow. This creates space for our people and our patients to be their best self. It is rewarding for us who work here because the sky’s the limit. And for our patients, it means they can be confident they’re cared for by people who are genuinely committed to what they do.
Kelly’s back story:
My pathway to dentistry was not a direct one. After working in administration and retail roles for 15 years, I decided it was time for a change. Even though I had absolutely no idea about anything dental, I was employed at a dental practice for my personality.
I very quickly realised how much I enjoyed the work and contact with people and this was given full flight when I joined the Define Dental team. And I haven’t looked back.
Although I started as a dental assistant, I quickly realised I could bring my skills from other industries to the business. With systems so much a part of creating a consistent patient experience, I have worked with the Define Dental team to implement everything necessary so we’re now a fully accredited dental practice.
For patients, this provides confidence and assurance that we’ll provide the very best care possible.
What Kelly wants for Define Dental Patients:
I want our patients to know that regardless of who they are and the treatment they need, they will receive a consistent standard of care. Because we’re accredited and have strong systems in place, we’re proving this is possible. What’s great for us, is that our patients tell us they’ve noticed the difference. This is the best kind of feedback because it keeps us focused on doing better.
Why we love Kelly:
We love that Kelly is enthusiastic about making our patients’ experience better. Without a doubt, she will do what it takes. Oh, and she’s the Queen of Dental Organisation and we love that about her too. Kelly is 110 percent committed to our service to patients. You’ll see that too when you come visit us.
