One of the most rewarding aspects of dentistry for me is seeing the look on people’s faces and their appreciation when we achieve successful outcomes.

Russell’s back story:
Originally from the Gold Coast, Russell graduated with honours in 1996 from the University of Queensland where he became widely known for his friendly, gentle, and caring nature. Over the last 25 years or so, Russell has had the experience of working in London, Cambridge and Melbourne. Eventually the call home finally became irresistible and he relocated back to the Gold Coast in 2022 at which time he joined the team at Define Dental.

Outside of work, Russell is passionate about quality time with family and friends. You’ll will find him rowing on the river early in the morning or jogging around the park with his old Labrador, Milo.

What Russell wants for Define Dental patients:
I love working with the highly trained team at Define Dental and am on a quest to continuously improve the care of our patients. Staying up to date with the latest treatment options and techniques keeps the passion alive and ensures I provide the best treatment.

Russell has a deep, caring nature which becomes quite evident when you first meet him. He is a great listener and team player with a wealth of experience which we can all draw inspiration from.
