Dr Ramy Saeed
I’m glad I chose dentistry because there have been so many benefits and opportunities, not least of which is the relationships you develop with patients over the years. I’m now seeing my patients’ children and that is very satisfying. You get to build strong connections that go beyond a person’s teeth.
Ramy’s back story:
Originally from Egypt, and with both parents medical professionals (my mum is a dentist), I always knew I wanted to work in the medical field. Although I was interested in becoming a doctor, dentistry won out in the end. I’m glad I chose it because there have been so many benefits and opportunities, not least of which is the relationships you develop with patients over the years.
I trained back in Egypt but when I decided to travel to the other side of the world to work and live, I undertook additional study to allow me to practise dentistry. My first was New Zealand, but when an opportunity arose here in Australia, we made the move to the Gold Coast. That was ten years ago and we’re still here and loving it!
What Ramy wants for Define Dental patients:
What I want for our patients is their confidence, knowing that the technical side of their treatment is well taken care of, that they feel happy with the outcomes, and that they have a better quality of oral health. This doesn’t happen without really focused patient care. And that’s what I feel we provide at Define Dental. My favourite comment from patients is: Is that it?! When they say that, I know they’re happy.
Why we love Ramy:
We love that Ramy loves good dentistry.
Ever ready to take on the latest technologies and advancements, he gets that consistency is key when it comes to providing treatment and patient care. In fact, we think he likes our systems focus almost as much as Kelly!
Like us, he’s grown in awareness and understanding about what makes our patients tick. And we think he’s got it sorted. Relationships: first, second and third.
