Your health and safety are our primary concern and this has always been our number one priority.
With the Government’s recent announcement, we’ve seen an easing of restrictions and are pleased this means we can resume our care for you.
If you, your family or friends should need our help we’re here at your service.
As members of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) for decades and one of the first practices on the Gold Coast to be independently accredited we have continued on with that quality assurance tirelessly. This means you can rest assured our safety, hygiene and infection control practices are world class.
We have always, and will continue to be vigilant about protecting your health.
As well as following recommendations by the ADA and the World Health Organisation we are also bound by decisions made by the Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC).
What this means for you
In simple terms, if you’re feeling well you can now book in to see us.
Under instructions from the ADA and AHPPC and to best protect you and our team members we respectfully ask anyone not to visit our office if they have:
For anyone with signs of cold or flu experiencing a dental issue we will do our best for you. Please call our office rather than attend and we will work with you to provide a high level analgesia or antibiotics as the need arises.
You will notice changes like hand sanitiser to be used on entry and exit to our office, social distancing and the absence of magazines to reduce surface exposure and touch-points. We are also staggering appointment times to minimise the number of people who may be present in our reception area at any given time.
If you have any questions please feel free to call us on 55972100 and follow us on our social media for updates or further information.
We wish you and your loved ones health and safety.
Best regards from Dr Les Jabbour & the entire team at Define Dental
